Guided Natural Mindfulness Walks
Life can be hectic and before we know it, we have disconnected from ourselves and our true nature. We are spending more time indoors, which makes us feel alienated from nature and perhaps more vulnerable to negative moods or reduced attention span.
But all is not lost! A few hours spent mindfully in nature can help you to reconnect and by adopting the Pathways to Nature Connectedness (University of Derby), our natural mindfulness walks focus on senses, beauty, emotion, meaning and compassion allowing you to become grounded, relaxed and in tune with yourself and your own uniqueness.
